Not everyone needs therapy. However, during difficult phases in life, a few hours of systemic consultation can provide new clarity, restore a sense of direction and open up new perspectives.
In contrast to therapy, counselling is less in-depth and focuses on our possibilities for action in the present. Through a solution-oriented approach, we can explore your personal strengths and devlop new strategies to deal better with your current challenges. Systemic counselling is also suitable for parents or partners of people with psychological problems, addictions or eating disorders.
Consultations are possible in my practice or over Skype, in either English or German.
