As long as I can remember, I have been asking myself questions about the meaning of a “good life,” the realization of one’s potential, the right way to deal with challenges, and the search for meaning in personal crises. I am deeply grateful to have turned my passion for personal growth and development into a profession and to support others on this journey as a therapist.

In my work, I place great importance on balancing a reflective view of the past with a solution-oriented approach in the here and now. As my slogan, “Therapy with heart, mind, and humor,” suggests, I strive to integrate not only rational insight processes but also emotional experiences, the nervous system, and (conscious) body awareness into therapy. After all, only when our mind and heart are in harmony can we truly change old patterns with ease and embrace new possibilities.

My approach is empathetic and non-judgmental. Without neglecting depth, I also value creating space for creativity, lightness, and humor.
