Coaching

Not everyone needs therapy. However, during difficult phases in life, a few coaching sessions can provide new clarity, restore a sense of direction and open up new perspectives.

In contrast to therapy, coaching is less in-depth and focuses on our possibilities for action in the present. If wanted, I combine systemic coaching with mindfulness techniques. Through the solution-oriented approach, we can explore your personal strengths and develop new strategies to deal better with your current challenges.

Coaching sessions are available both in person at my practice and online.
