Not everyone needs therapy. However, during difficult phases in life, a few hours of coaching can provide new clarity, restore a sense of direction and open up new perspectives.
In contrast to therapy, coaching is less in-depth and focuses on our possibilities for action in the present. If wanted, I combine systemic coaching with mindfullness techniques. Through the solution-oriented approach, we can explore your personal strengths and devlop new strategies to deal better with your current challenges.
Consultations are possible in my practice or over Skype, in either English or German.
